Corporate Incentive Solutions Pvt Ltd.and the mobile app Vi-eer (hereinafter “Vi-eer” / “We”) provide this Privacy Policy tobe transparent and assist you in understanding aspects of information which you share with Vi-eer. By using our Application you signify your assent to this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your Personally Identifiable Information as described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, or with our Terms of use, do not download, install and / or use the Application.
The Information We Collect
"Personally Identifiable Information" means any information that either on its own or when combined with certain other information can identify an individual and for the purpose of this Privacy Policy is usually limited to your mobile phone number, date of birth, gender, location, etc. We collect some content and other information you provide when you use our Services. For example, when you sign up for an account or message or communicate with others, including our support team, you may give us your name,phone number, address, birth date, marriage anniversary date, contact preferences, photos and gender.

    2. When you download an application you are requested to register with us. For registration through Vi-eer, you are only required to provide your mobile phone number or your e-mail address, depending on the device(s) you are using on the Service. You may also provide other personally identifiable information, some of which is optional.

    3. We may request access to your current location – provided by your mobile device using GPS or similar technologies – so that we can provide content that is more suitable to your location. You are free to accept or block access to your location information. You can switch off access to your location at any time through your mobile device settings.

    4. We collect and store certain profile information including your name, phone number, email address, picture, country of residence and preferences.

We may collect and store information about your usage of, and interaction with, the Service and Third Party transactions including calls, messages, posts, usage of the Service by geographies, device and connection information (such as MAC address), IP address, device capability, bandwidth etc.

    6. The Service allows you to share text messages, photos, videos and other communication with other users, and if you choose to share your text messages, photos, videos and other communication, such items will be stored on our servers in accordance with our data retention policies.

This may include device information (type of device, operating system version, unique device identifier, browser type and version, mobile network information) or log information (IP address, MAC address, screen resolution, and referring domain).

For example, we use some registration information to set up a profile page for you; and help you to connect you with friends on Vi-eer (unless you change this in your settings) - if a Vi-eer user has your email or phone number in their phone contacts that person can start chatting with you. However a Vi-eer usercan see your profile page only if that user is a part of any of your Vi-eer groups.

      3. The information we collect lets us keep you posted on Vi-eer’s latest product announcements, software updates, relevant advertisements of merchants, upcoming events and any messages you have waiting on Vi-eerif you haven’t been active for a while.

    The Information We Share
    We may share your information if you ask us to. The information you choose to share on social networking sites is not covered by this privacy policy, and you agree that you are solely responsible for your use of those sites. We do not share, sell or transfer your personal information without your consent, better described below:

    1. Third Party Products and Services on Vi-eer

      2. Vi-eer advertises the products or services which may be operated by third-party advertisers. When you deal with these third-parties through Vi-eer, they and other users may be able to see your user profile and sometimes, your approximate location. They may use this information as described in their privacy policies, which can include advertising. We do not share your username or email address with advertisers without your consent.However, third party advertisers may use our platform to reach out to you through notifications or emails.

    2. Our Service Providers

      3. This application also provides a social platform to its users where they have sophisticated chat facilities, listings and promotional offers from the relevant merchant categories(boutiques, salons, jewelers etc.) as per your preferences. Use of such information by our service providers is limited to the information concerning your preferences for which they need to provide services and not your personal information. We also use aggregated non-personal user data to analyse information for providing better services.

    3. To Protect Vi-eer and its Users, or for Legal Purposes

      4. We may disclose your information:
      (a) If we think it’s needed to detect, prevent or address illegal activity on our Services, or identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who appears to be causing injury to or interfering with our rights or property or other users;or
      (b) As part of a Vi-eer legal matter or investigation, including an investigation related to a suspected breach of our Terms of Use   or
      (c)When we believe that disclosure is required or permitted by law, including when responding to subpoenas, warrants, production orders, or similar instruments; or
      (d)If we believe that disclosure is needed to protect your safety or the safety of others, including when there is an emergency involving potential harm, loss of security or serious injury to people or threats of such emergencies.

      We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.       However, Vi-eer cannot guarantee security in any way with respect to any Personally Identifiable Information or Contents that you upload transmit, share or display through the Application or the Site and You do so at Your own.Using unsecured or other unprotected networks to send messages and use of other features through the Vi-eer application is not recommended.

      Changes to this Privacy Policy

      Any changes in the Privacy Policy by Vi-eer shall be posted on our website http://cispl.net.in/and also reflect in our Application to reflect changes in our policy so that the users are always aware of what information we collect, use, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. Users should periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. Once posted, those changes are effective immediately. Continued access or use of the Application constitutes your acceptance to the changes and the amended Policy.

      Third Party Product                                          

      The Application can also be downloaded from third party application stores including Google Play Store and iTunes Store. You agree to comply with all third party privacy policies, if any, applicable to the use of the Application or related services. Vi-eer shall not be responsible for your use of any third-party product and/or service including the terms and conditions of such third-party product and/or service and/or violation and infringement of any third-party rights, policies, terms and conditions in connection with access, download or installation of the Application.
