("CISPL", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the CRS Merchandizer mobile application (the "App"). CRS Merchandizer is a business tool provided to authorised field merchandisers, promoters and team leaders for marking attendance and auditing point-of-sale material (POSM) at retail outlets. It is not a consumer application, and access requires credentials issued by your organisation.

Camera — used only to capture POSM photographs during an outlet audit.
Location — used only to tag an outlet visit with GPS coordinates for verification. The App accesses location while you are actively recording a visit; it is not used for continuous background tracking outside the audit workflow.
You can manage these permissions at any time through your device settings. Certain core features may not work if the required permission is disabled.

We retain attendance, visit and audit records for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above, to meet the requirements of the programme you work on, and to comply with legal and contractual obligations. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.

CRS Merchandizer is a business application intended only for authorised adult field staff. It is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.
